Welcome to AstroDev! By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review carefully.

1. Service Overview

AstroDev provides Minecraft/Discord development, web services, and related digital solutions for clients worldwide. Custom plugin development is not offered.

2. Third-Party Hosting

AstroDev may utilize external third-party hosting providers for your projects, including but not limited to:

• Minecraft servers: SparkHosting, KCB Hosting
• VPS hosting: OVH Hosting
• Website hosting: BigRock Hosting
• Anti DDoS(for Minecraft Hosting): TCP Shield, Neo Protect

By using AstroDev services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These providers are independent third parties, and AstroDev has no control over their services, security, or operations.
• You are solely responsible for all payments to these third-party providers. AstroDev does not process these payments on your behalf.
• AstroDev is not liable for any data breaches, service interruptions, outages, fees, or other issues arising from the use of third-party hosting providers.
• Your use of third-party hosting services is at your own risk, and you agree to comply with their terms and policies in addition to ours.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information for contact and billing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and project assets.
• By using our site/services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian permission.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments are to be made via bank transfer (Remitly only).
• 50% of the project fee must be paid upfront, the remainder on project completion.
• No refunds are provided once work has commenced, except where legally required.
• Payments to third-party hosting providers are your responsibility; AstroDev is not liable for any fees or service issues from these providers.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

• Project timeframes vary by scope. Full network setups may take 1–2 months; standard setups less.
• Clients receive 1 free revision. Additional revisions are allowed for 3 calendar days after delivery, then charged at $8 per revision.

6. Prohibited Use

• No hacking, abuse, data scraping, or use of our services for illegal purposes.
• No redistribution or resale without written consent.

7. Support

Support is provided mainly via email or Discord community, per page contact times. Paid support/maintenance is available after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AstroDev is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of services, third-party software, or force majeure.
• Issues related to third-party hosting services (data leaks, outages, interruptions) are the sole responsibility of the client, and AstroDev is not liable.

9. Governing Law

All services and policies are governed by the laws of the European Union (EU). By using this site or commissioning services, you submit to these laws regardless of your location.

10. Modifications to Terms

AstroDev may update these Terms at any time with or without notice. Changes become effective once posted here. Continued use indicates acceptance of new terms.
