1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The entirety of the protected materials listed below is the exclusive intellectual property of Astro-Dev.xyz (the “Owner”) and is protected under international copyright law, trademark law, and applicable design protection statutes.
2. What this License specifically COVERS
This License covers, but is not limited to, the Owner’s:
- Source code: all front-end and back-end code specifically authored for Astro-Dev.xyz (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, templates, build scripts, config files, and proprietary snippets).
- Designs & layouts: page structure, wireframes, responsive breakpoints, UI/UX patterns, color palettes, and layout systems that are uniquely implemented on Astro-Dev.xyz.
- Media assets: images, photographs, illustrations, icons, videos, animations, and their unique edits or compositions hosted by or created for Astro-Dev.xyz.
- Copy & branding: textual content, taglines, trademarks, logos, and branding elements created for the site.
- Unique resources: any proprietary assets, design systems, or content that are embodied or packaged with the website.
3. Strict Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
Except for the limited personal viewing license below, you are expressly prohibited from doing any of the following without prior written authorization from Astro-Dev.xyz:
- Copying, reproducing, mirroring, archiving, or redistributing any covered materials.
- Reusing, republishing, repackaging, or rehosting any code, images, videos, fonts, or styling from this site.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating, or otherwise attempting to extract underlying code, architecture, or logic.
- Creating derivative works, clones, or look-alike websites that are substantially similar to Astro-Dev.xyz.
- Using visual elements, distinctive layouts, or unique UX flows for commercial or public projects that replicate the look and feel of Astro-Dev.xyz.
4. Limited Personal Viewing
Visitors are granted a narrow, revocable, non-transferable right to access and view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This limited license does not allow reproduction, redistribution, modification, or any commercial usage.
5. Digital Fingerprinting & Monitoring
Astro-Dev.xyz actively monitors for misuse using automated scanning, digital watermarking, hash verification, and evidence logging. All detections are archived and may be used as proof in legal proceedings.
6. Enforcement & Remedies
Unauthorized use of covered materials constitutes a material breach of this License. Remedies include, but are not limited to:
- Immediate DMCA takedown and content removal requests.
- Civil claims for statutory and actual damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.
- Permanent IP and service bans, and referral of criminal violations to law enforcement where applicable.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by international copyright treaties and applicable U.S. intellectual property law. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the legal entity contracted to manage enforcement for Astro-Dev.xyz.
8. Reporting Violations
To report suspected infringement or to request permission, use the official contact or legal reporting channels listed on Astro-Dev.xyz. Reports are reviewed and escalated to the external enforcement partner when warranted.
9. Evidence Preservation
Astro-Dev.xyz may preserve network logs, file hashes, timestamps, and other technical forensics to support enforcement actions. Tampering with or destroying such evidence will be treated as further violation.
10. Final Notice — Penalties
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or exploitation of Astro-Dev.xyz’s covered materials will result in immediate legal action. The Owner enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against intellectual property theft.
11. Third-Party Services and Exclusions
Certain services, components, scripts, widgets, or integrations used on Astro-Dev.xyz are provided by third parties and are expressly excluded from the scope of this License. These third-party elements are not owned by Astro-Dev.xyz. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Tawk — chat widget/service (tawk.to or Tawk integration) and any UI/assets delivered by Tawk;
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — email automation, transactional templates, and any hosted assets or code provided by Brevo;
- Any other plugins, fonts, CDNs, APIs, or vendor-provided assets embedded on the site that are licensed to or owned by third parties.
Astro-Dev.xyz acknowledges the use of these third-party services and does not claim ownership of their proprietary assets. Use of those third-party services is governed by their respective license and terms of service.
12. Permissions & Licensing Requests
Requests to license or otherwise obtain rights to use covered materials must be submitted in writing through official channels on Astro-Dev.xyz. All licenses and permissions must be issued as written, signed agreements and may carry fees and specific usage restrictions.
13. Contact & Enforcement Partner
DMCA and enforcement actions are handled by a contracted third-party compliance and legal partner on behalf of Astro-Dev.xyz. Report infringements via the official legal contact page on Astro-Dev.xyz for fastest resolution.
14. Full Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Astro-Dev.xyz. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these terms.
